Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your camping gear, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] to initiate your return and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
3. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
4. Ship the package to:
   286 Ranonkelstraat, Amersfoort, NL 3812XP
5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

• Refund Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
• Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

• Badstof stoelhoezen (Chair covers)
• Binnententen (Inner tents)
• Huishoudelijke apparaten (Household appliances) that have been used
• Gasflessen en brandstoffen (Gas bottles and fuels)
• Jerrycans + (afval) watertanken (Jerry cans and water tanks)
• Any items that are not in original condition or show signs of use

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
